Under the Federal Stronger Communities Program Member for Canberra, Gai Brodtmann MP, assisted with a grant to install translucent panels in our workshop roof and to replace existing power hungry hi-bay lights, that needed to be on whenever the workshop was in use, with LEDs.
The improvement has been transformational and brought about psychological as well as safety benefits to our shed community (plus environmental benefits). As a result workshop patronage and utilisation has increased.
